Jimmy Who?
</hdr>

By Howard G. Chua-Eoan/Reported by Kathleen Brady

Old Presidents may retire, but they don't fade away. At
least not Jimmy Carter. He travels widely, and in the past two
weeks has joined Willie Nelson at a gig for the homeless,
played host at a conference on Latin America, and been a guest
at a seminar on the Middle East. Some observers suspect Carter
is angling to head an Arab-Israeli peace conference -- if one
takes place -- and beyond that, for the Nobel Peace Prize. Quite
a comeback for a man who left the U.S. with the memory of
hostages in Iran.
